The Machine Operator plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient and safe operation of machinery in a large team environment. This position typically involves managing the functioning of various machines, maintaining operational flow, and collaborating with a sizeable team of 16 or more members to meet production goals.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production processes
- Maintain safety standards while managing machine functions
- Perform routine machine checks and basic maintenance
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow
- Report any equipment malfunctions or issues promptly
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in machine operation
