Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities. Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities. Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Other duties as assigned.
