Employment Type: PRN or Contract

Pay Rate: $23.00 to $24.00 per hour based on experience

Schedule: 12 Hour Shifts Available

Shift Options: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Start Date: As soon as credentialing is completed

Employment Status: W2 Employee

Requirements

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of West Virginia required

Minimum 1 year long-term care experience required

Current CPR certification required

Ability to perform physical job duties, including assisting residents with mobility and daily activities

Ability to pass onboarding and background screening requirements

Responsibilities

Provide direct resident care in a long-term care setting under the supervision of a Registered Nurse

Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

Monitor resident condition and report changes to nursing staff

Ensure resident safety, comfort, and dignity

Follow facility policies, procedures, and infection control standards

Collaborate with healthcare staff to support quality resident care
