Junior Business Associate

Tally is growing its Columbus team and looking for a Junior Business Associate to join us. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants hands‑on experience across client relations, business operations, and day to day problem solving, with real room to grow. What You'll Do Support day to day business operations and client facing activities Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners Assist with onboarding, account setup, and ongoing account support Track performance metrics and share updates with the team Collaborate with the broader Tally team on projects, logistics, and process improvements Represent the Tally brand with professionalism and enthusiasm What We're Looking For Strong communicator who's comfortable talking to clients and teammates alike Motivated, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities No experience required, full training provided from day one Reliable, coachable, and eager to grow Available full-time, 5 days a week (schedule may include weekends) Able to work in person at our Columbus location, this is not a remote or hybrid role Schedule Full-time and part-time availability Why Tally Hands‑on training and mentorship from day one Clear path to grow into business or team leadership roles A team environment that actually has your back #J-18808-Ljbffr Tally
