MRI Technologist (PRN)

We are seeking a MRI Technologist responsible for providing safe, high-quality imaging services through technical procedures that require independent judgement and expertise. Key duties include: preparing patients, positioning for exams, operating MRI equipment, ensuring image quality, and maintaining safety standards. Obtaining clinical history, verifying patient identity, administering contrast media, and responding to emergency situations are essential parts of the role. Ensuring patient privacy, comfort, and dignity while following established procedures and sterile techniques are critical. Supporting quality control by checking equipment calibration, maintaining cleanliness, and transmitting images efficiently. Providing clear communication to patients, documenting procedures accurately, and participating in training and departmental activities. Qualifications and skills include: Must demonstrate proficiency in MRI techniques, anatomy, pathology, and safety protocols. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and perform under pressure. Strong customer service skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment are essential.
