Wheaton Animal Hospital is looking for a Managing Veterinarian (MDVM) to guide our skilled team and provide exceptional, compassionate care in a state-of-the-art facility.

About Our Practice

• 4 exam rooms
• Walk‑in hospital with loyal, long‑term clients
• Fully equipped surgical, dental, and treatment suites
• Digital radiography, in‑house labs (IDEXX), ultrasound, and therapeutic laser
• 1.5 Techs per Doctor ratio to support top‑tier care
• A culture focused on compassion, education, and teamwork

Your Role:

• Inspire and mentor a team of doctors and techs
• Deliver high‑quality medical, surgical, and dental care
• Foster meaningful relationships with pets and their families
• Lead by example in client communication and patient care

Qualifications:

• DVM or equivalent from an accredited university
• Active Illinois veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
• A commitment to compassionate, high‑quality veterinary care

Base compensation of $140k-$150K.
