Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
• Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP, or ability to obtain prior to start date
• Recent experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Strong collaboration abilities to work closely with teachers, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct speech-language therapy for students in accordance with IEP goals
• Monitor and document student progress, preparing timely reports
• Engage in collaborative meetings with school teams and families
• Support students in developing communication strategies for educational success
