Systems Analyst II

To support a mission-driven healthcare company, the full-time remote Systems Analyst II will translate business requirements into technical specifications, collaborate with project teams for system enhancements, and represent the organization in client meetings. Key responsibilities Translate business requirements into technical requirements and ensure alignment with functional business processes Collaborate with developers and QA analysts to implement system enhancements and conduct training for team members Assist with production support by investigating issues and conducting root cause analysis Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an IT-related field Minimum of two years of experience in a business systems analyst role, preferably in the healthcare industry Experience with requirements analysis and interacting with business users for clear scope definition Strong working knowledge of SQL, database concepts, and experience analyzing XML or EDI messages Ability to create detailed visual models, including data flow/workflow diagrams, to support requirements Virtual Vocations Inc
