Your Role What Awaits You

• Conduct routine and advanced laboratory tests across various disciplines such as chemistry, hematology, and immunology, adhering to established guidelines.
• Interpret results meticulously, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure laboratory instruments are properly calibrated and maintained.
• Support specimen collection efforts and facilitate sample preparation for testing as required.
• Accurately document laboratory procedures, mentor new staff, and maintain high standards of lab quality.
• Ensure a clean, safe work environment, and comply with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or possess an equivalent allied health degree together with an ASCP/AMT certification plan.

Credentials

• ASCP or AMT Clinical Laboratory Science Certification (CLS) must be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Ongoing maintenance of your certification is required throughout your tenure.
