Your future role at a glance Location: Wichita, KS Facility: Ascension Via Christi St Francis Department/Specialty: Rehabilitation Services Schedule: Full-time Salary: $119,404.80 - $161,547.06 per year Eligible for annual bonus incentive How you'll make an impact in this role Direct the development and implementation of policies, procedures and strategies for rehabilitative services. Develop strategic goals, plans and standards consistent with clinical, administrative, legal and ethical requirements/objectives of the organization. Plan, organize and direct all activities related to staffing, evaluating, disciplinary actions and continuing education initiatives. Prepare budgets for service area, ensure compliance, coordinate and direct audits. Direct and evaluate clinical activities to achieve performance and quality control objectives. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: One or more of the following required: Audiologist credentialed from the Kansas Adult Care Home Administrators, Audiologists, Dietitians and Speech-Language Pathologists obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Licensed Rehab Therapist specializing in Occupational Therapy (OTR) credentialed from the Kansas Board of Healing Arts obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Licensed Rehab Therapist specializing in Physical Therapy (RPT) credentialed from the Kansas Board of Healing Arts obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Speech-Language Pathologist credentialed from the Kansas Department of Aging and Disability Services obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education: High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management. What additional requirements you'll need At least 3–5 years of working as a physical therapist (PT), occupational therapist (OT), or speech-language pathologist (SLP) At least 1–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a healthcare setting overseeing a team.
