Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call

Practice Setting: Inpatient
Does Provider require hospital/surgery center privileges?: No
Admissions Required? Yes
Are temporary privileges available?: Yes
Is Hospital Stroke Certified? Yes
Patients Per Shift: 15
Does your Facility require physicians to be board certified?: Yes
Fellowship: N/A
Minimum Board Certification: Eligible
What is the license requirement to bid?: Licensed in WV or IMLC
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 45- 60
They will accept both PA's and APRN's for this coverage.
Hours:
7pm - 7am
*may have flexibility with hours (start time) but prefer the 12hr shift.
Coverage is needed starting as soon as possible.
14 shifts per month
