Advanced Civil 3D skills Ability to follow lead a site civil team on a project and to collaborate with other discipline team members remotely. Experience in stormwater analysis/modeling using StormCAD and/or CivilStorm Experience with Data Center/large industrial site selection, development, and master planning DESIGN of underground utility routing, site space planning, hydrology/storm drain systems, gravitational wastewater systems, grading plans, erosion and sediment control plans, and stormwater pollution prevention Responsibilities: Site development, site master planning and site selection Underground utility routing and site space planning Hydrology analysis for designing storm drain systems Analyzing and designing gravitational wastewater systems Performing final grading plans including cut and fill analysis and earthwork balancing Providing erosion and sediment control plans, stormwater pollution prevention plans and support permit approval Researching and adhering to local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements for design and construction in any given area Stormwater analysis and modeling in software applications, such as StormCAD, CivilStorm Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
