The club runs five courts, four of them under canopy for shade and rain cover, a 3,000 square foot clubhouse, full locker rooms and showers, a wellness area with sauna and cold plunges, a private members lounge, an on site cafe, and on site physical therapy. Memberships have been selling since June, which means the opening team will set the tone for this club from the first day it unlocks the doors. The Environment Expect a floor that moves. You will spend your shift on your feet, between the front desk, the courts, the lounge, the cafe, and the wellness area, talking to members, solving small problems before anyone notices them, and keeping the club looking the way it should. The space is premium and so is the standard, but the team is casual, close, and built on people covering for each other. Coaches, operations, and the front of house all work as one group. About the Role The Club Concierge is the first person a member sees and the last person they speak to on the way out. This is a hospitality role, not a desk job. You will run the daily rhythm of the club, learn names and games, put players together who should be playing each other, and turn a booking into a reason to come back three times a week. You do not need to have played padel, or any racket sport, to do this well. What You Will Do Members and Community Learn who our members are, how they play, and what brings them in, then use that to make the club feel like theirs. Introduce players to each other, fill open spots in matches, and give newer members a way into the community. Drive sign ups for clinics, leagues, open play, tournaments, and social nights, and build anticipation for what is coming next. Bring ideas to management on programming, events, and small details that would make the member experience better. Represent ACE Padel with the same warmth in person, on the phone, and over text or email. Support tours for prospective members and pass strong leads to the membership team. Club Operations Run the daily flow of the club: arrivals, court turnover, equipment, and anything that needs solving in the moment. Own opening and closing, including walkthroughs of the courts, locker rooms, wellness area, cafe, and lounge so the club is always guest ready. Manage court reservations, private lessons, clinics, and event bookings through Playtomic, and keep member records and notes accurate. Process payments, handle billing questions and outstanding balances with discretion, and keep the till clean. Answer and route calls, take clear messages, and judge what needs escalating right away. Support retail: stock levels, merchandising, demo racquets, and sales on the floor. Keep the front desk, lounge, cafe seating, and common areas clean, stocked, and organized, towels included. Coordinate on site physical therapy appointments and wellness area access alongside our partners. Handle complaints quickly and with judgment, and know when to fix it yourself and when to bring in a manager. Complete shift reports and any projects management hands you. You stay organized when the club gets busy and the courts are full. You would rather solve something yourself than pass it along, and you like owning your shift. You pick up new systems quickly. We use a point of sale, and a booking platform called Playtomic, and we will get you up to speed on all of it. You are available for some evenings and weekends, when the club is at its best.
