Type of Contract: Direct Hire | Permanent Pay Rate: Based on experience Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Credit Analyst II to support underwriting and credit analysis for commercial real estate (CRE), multifamily, and commercial/business loans within a banking environment. This role involves evaluating financial risk, reviewing loan documentation, preparing credit recommendations, and collaborating with lending and credit teams to support informed lending decisions. Responsibilities Underwrite and analyze CRE, multifamily, and commercial loan transactions Review financial statements, tax returns, appraisals, rent rolls, and supporting documents Prepare Credit Approval Memorandums (CAMs) and cash flow/DSCR analysis Identify risk factors and ensure compliance with credit policies and underwriting standards Present recommendations to senior credit leadership Communicate with loan officers and clients regarding documentation and transaction status Support quality control and additional underwriting projects as needed Requirements 2+ years of experience in commercial banking, underwriting, or credit analysis Experience with CRE, multifamily, or commercial lending preferred Strong financial analysis and credit risk assessment skills Ability to interpret financial statements, tax returns, and cash flow reports Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred Skills Commercial underwriting & credit analysis Financial statement and cash flow analysis DSCR evaluation Attention to detail and problem‑solving Communication and relationship management Organization and teamwork At ttg: "We believe in making a difference One Person at a Time." #J-18808-Ljbffr ttg Talent Solutions
