This position ensures that all compliance matters are triaged accurately, documented thoroughly, and resolved in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards. The Senior Compliance Analyst also supports compliance training, reporting, monitoring, and cross‑departmental coordination to promote a culture of integrity and regulatory adherence across the organization.QualificationsExperience supporting an effective Compliance Program within a healthcare organizationBachelor’s degree requiredHealthcare Compliance Certification (CHC) required within 12 months of hireDemonstrated experience with hotline intake, case triage, investigations, and conflict of interest reviewsFamiliarity with healthcare compliance laws and standards, including the False Claims Act, Anti‑Kickback Statute, Stark Law, HIPAA, and OIG Compliance Program GuidanceStrong analytical, organizational, and documentation skillsAbility to manage multiple concurrent matters with discretion and confidentialityExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to educate, guide, and collaborate with internal stakeholdersProficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance case management systemsAbility to read, write, and speak English fluentlyEssential FunctionsServe as the primary intake point for hotline and compliance reports, including categorization, prioritization, and routingConduct and support compliance investigations, including planning, evidence collection, interviews, analysis, and report writingMaintain accurate and timely documentation of all compliance cases, including evidence logs and chain‑of‑custody recordsTrack case progress, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure timely closure of investigationsReview and analyze conflict of interest disclosures; identify potential conflicts and recommend mitigation plansDevelop, review, and update compliance policies and procedures to align with current regulations and organizational practicesIdentify trends from hotline reports, investigations, and conflict of interest data; prepare summaries, dashboards, and reports for leadershipProvide guidance to employees on reporting processes, conflict of interest requirements, and compliance policiesSupport compliance training, communication, and awareness initiativesCoordinate with Human Resources, Legal, and operational leaders to ensure appropriate handling of compliance mattersMaintain confidentiality and independence in all aspects of compliance operationsStay current on healthcare regulations, industry trends, and compliance best practices; provide updates to stakeholdersSupport audits, monitoring activities, and compliance reportingDraft compliance communications and reminders on timely compliance topicsAssist with additional duties and projects as assignedWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
