Overview of the Role

We seek a dedicated and skilled Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to join our dynamic imaging team, committed to delivering groundbreaking patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a diverse range of ultrasound examinations, including but not limited to abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety during examinations, providing thorough explanations and compassionate care throughout
• Work closely with radiologists and referring physicians to produce high-quality diagnostic images
• Maintain and operate imaging equipment effectively, reporting any malfunctions as needed
• Document procedures accurately and maintain up-to-date patient records in the electronic medical system
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques and best practices

Education & Certifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a pertinent field
• Preferred completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program

Certifications Needed

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or its equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
