Screen PrinterOur client in Bannockburn is seeking dependable and motivated Screen Printers to join their production team. This position involves manually printing designs onto garments, loading and unloading shirts from printing equipment, and supporting both manual and automatic screen-printing operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, flexible, willing to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.Why Apply?Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term career potentialCross-training in different departmentsPay increase opportunities based on performanceTeam-oriented and supportive work environmentKey Responsibilities:Load garments onto manual and automatic screen-printing machines accurately and efficientlyApply ink through screens using a squeegee during manual printing processesRemove printed garments and place them onto conveyor dryers for curingMaintain production speed and quality standards while performing repetitive tasksAssist with setup and operation of manual and automatic printing equipmentLearn multiple production functions and provide backup support where neededPerform cleaning, organization, and general production support duties throughout the facilityInspect finished products for quality and accuracyFollow all company safety procedures and production guidelinesWork overtime and occasional Saturdays as required to meet customer deadlinesIdeal Candidate:Previous screen-printing experience preferred but not required; willing to train the right candidate!Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions throughout the shiftStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standardsReliable attendance and strong work ethicAbility to work in a team-oriented environmentMust be flexible with overtime and weekend work when needed
