Ellie Mental Health was founded in 2015 by Erin Pash, LMFT, and Kyle Keller, LICSW, with the opening of the first Ellie clinic in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Since then, the Ellie family has continued to grow, establishing multiple clinics throughout Minnesota and expanding nationally through a growing network of locally owned and operated franchises.

Ellie Mental Health was proudly founded on the principle of destigmatizing mental health. Recognizing the numerous barriers within the mental health industry, we are committed to bridging gaps in care and finding innovative solutions to break down these barriers for the communities we serve.

This practice is led by a dedicated and compassionate team committed to expanding into multiple locations, offering ongoing opportunities for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities Include:

Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, establish and implement individualized treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation, including diagnostic updates, treatment plan reviews, and case notes, in accordance with company policies.

Deliver exceptional customer service to clients while collaborating with a dynamic and supportive team to further our mission of addressing gaps in mental health care within the community.

Utilize creative and evidence-based interventions to assist clients in achieving and surpassing their therapeutic goals.

Prepare and submit timely, accurate documentation for each client session, adhering to company guidelines and protocols.

Maintain a minimum caseload of 27 weekly client visits to meet full-time clinician status requirements.

Coordinate care and services with case managers, families, employers, medical personnel, school staff, and other Ellie Mental Health team members.

Actively attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings, supervision, and ongoing professional development trainings.

Maintain compliance with ethical standards set forth by licensing boards and Ellie Mental Health policies.

Engage in professional development activities to stay current with best practices and emerging treatment modalities.

Demonstrate cultural humility and competence when working with diverse client populations.

Collaborate with supervisors and clinical directors for case consultation, support, and guidance.

Support client engagement and retention through timely follow-ups, rapport-building, and motivational strategies.

Assist with crisis intervention and safety planning when necessary, following clinical protocols.

Promote a positive and supportive work culture through teamwork, open communication, and mutual respect.

Independent franchisees are Equal Opportunity employers committed to diverse and inclusive workforces. Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by Ellie Family Services, PLLP, d/b/a “Ellie Mental Health”, Ellie MSO, LLC, or Ellie FAM LLC. Thus, each franchisee and each franchisee clinic is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their clinic, including the terms and conditions of employment for their employees, such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. Depending on the clinic location you select, the job for which you apply may be in a clinic owned and operated by an independent franchisee, and not with the corporate-owned clinics, which are based in Minnesota. This means the franchisee, not Ellie Family Services, PLLP, is responsible for all employment matters at the clinic. If you are hired for the job, the franchisee will be your employer, not Ellie Family Services, PLLP, or any of its affiliated entities. For franchisee clinic locations, please contact the franchisee organization directly to the extent you need assistance in completing forms or otherwise participating in that franchisee’s application process.

Ellie Mental Health is committed to a policy of Equal Employment Opportunity and will not discriminate against an applicant or employee on the basis of race, color, sex, religion, national origin, citizenship status, age, disability, veteran or military status, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, genetic information, or any other legally-recognized protected basis under federal, state or local laws, regulations or ordinances. Applicants with disabilities may be entitled to reasonable accommodation under the terms of the Americans with Disabilities Act and certain state or local laws. A reasonable accommodation is a change or adjustment to a job or work environment that will ensure an equal employment opportunity without imposing an undue hardship on the operation of the business.
