This is a Temp-to-Perm RN Hospice Director/Administrator position. They’re looking for someone who is genuinely open to going permanent after the temp assignment. You’ll oversee hospice operations, staff, scheduling, compliance, quality, and patient care. Director/administrative experience isn’t required — they’re willing to train the right RN on most of those responsibilities. Hospice experience is preferred, but the main requirement is an active Texas RN license. A BSN and hospice admin experience are preferred, but not required. Overall, it’s a great opportunity if you’re looking to grow into a leadership/administrative role and are open to transitioning permanently.
