Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Manpower is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team in Sterling Heights. This position is responsible for receiving incoming materials, verifying shipments, preparing outgoing orders, and maintaining accurate inventory records in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Clerk Location: Sterling Heights Pay Range: $18.00 to $22.00 What's the Job? Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders. Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other material handling equipment. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Accurately complete shipping and receiving documentation. Maintain inventory accuracy through proper storage and tracking of materials. Organize warehouse areas and keep workspaces clean and safe. What's Needed? Previous shipping and receiving or warehouse experience preferred. Forklift experience and certification are a plus. Ability to read shipping documents and packing slips. Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, walk, and bend throughout the shift. What's in it for me?
