- Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and quality standards
- Set up and stock stations with supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas
- Work with team to ensure smooth service
- Must be 16 years of age
- High energy with a strong work ethic
- Personable with a natural smile
- Outgoing
- Guest focused
- Positive and friendly phone presence
- Ability to handle pressure during peak times (lunch and dinner)
- Willingness to learn new technologies and procedures
- Ability to follow instructions
- Availability to work in other areas of the restaurant as needed
- Well-groomed, professional appearance
- Positive Attitude and self-disciplined
- Professional demeanor at all times
- Previous cooking experience preferred, Ability to follow recipes and safety protocols, Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment & Able to lift up to 50 lbs
