As a CNA with SYNERGY HomeCare, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and improving the lives of our clients. Our team-oriented culture and patient-centered approach ensure that each client receives personalized attention and care that exceeds their expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility exercises
• Monitor and report any changes in client condition to our nurses and healthcare team
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients and their families

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Alabama
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients as needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
