• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on General Motors vehicles following company and manufacturer guidelines.
• Use specialized tools and technology to identify mechanical and electrical issues accurately.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle issues and repair statuses.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Stay current with the latest GM technical updates, service bulletins, and training.

• Proven experience as a GM Technician or automotive technician with a strong focus on GM vehicles.
• ASE certification or equivalent automotive technical certification preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and repair instructions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or vocational certification is a plus.
