Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our Medical-Surgical unit. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing quality care to our adult and geriatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor patient care in a Med Surg setting.
• Administer medications and provide treatment as prescribed.
• Conduct patient assessments and document care in the EHR (Paragon).
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-discharge care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license in North Carolina.
• Minimum of 1 year of Med Surg experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
