Family Law Attorney

Seeking an experienced Family Law Litigation Attorney with a strong background in complex and high-conflict family law matters, including cases involving complex financial assets and issues involving children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage legal strategies for complex family law matters.
• Draft pleadings, including dissolution, protective orders, pretrial statements, enforcement, modification, paternity, discovery, and disclosure documents.
• Handle depositions, hearings, discovery, evidence, and trial preparation.
• Prepare exhibits and effectively present witness and expert testimony.
• Represent clients in mediation and litigation, while advocating strongly for their interests.
• Work with opposing counsel, experts, court personnel, and legal support teams.
• Provide clients with clear, timely, and thoughtful legal advice and case assessments.
• Maintain accurate and ethical case documentation and communication.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of rules of evidence, discovery, and litigation strategy.
• Excellent legal writing, negotiation, courtroom, and client communication skills.
• Ability to manage high-conflict matters while working collaboratively with a legal team.
• Strong judgment, organization, professionalism, and attention to detail.
