We are currently in search of Board-Certified or Board Eligible Family or Internal Medicine Physicians to join our collaborative primary care practice in Locust Grove, GA. We seek individuals who are passionate about excellence and eager to drive positive change while serving patients of all ages in our community.

• A comprehensive clinical and operational framework that empowers physicians to provide exceptional patient care.
• Access to physician leaders and opportunities for knowledge sharing within a network of colleagues who are transforming primary care.
• Cross-trained care management and population health teams, including pharmacists and social workers, integrated within clinics and virtually to support our primary care providers in delivering holistic care.
• An intuitive, optimized EMR system with full telehealth capabilities, including access to a virtual scribe via Suki to alleviate administrative tasks.

• Flexible scheduling designed to help our physicians maintain a healthy work-life balance.
• Strong clinical leadership support aimed at fostering physician success, including dedicated one-on-one time during Quarterly Connects, practice meetings, and Town Hall gatherings to enhance communication and build strong relationships.

• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical outpatient experience post-residency is preferred but not required.
• Must possess a current, unrestricted state license or be eligible for licensure.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required.
• Active registration or eligibility for registration with the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) is necessary.
• Must have active Medicare/Medicaid enrollment or be eligible to enroll.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems is essential.
