divh2Member Services Rep-AACU Mortgage Servicing/h2pJob Type: W2 Contract/ppJob Duration: 3-4 month/ppJob Location: Fort Worth, TX 100% on-site/ph3Job Purpose/h3pResponsible for providing cross functional support in the Mortgage Servicing department at American Airlines Credit Union./ph3Principal Duties and Responsibilities/h3ulliSet-up new loans in the FICS servicing system/liliHandle property tax/insurance policy issues and provide service to members questions regarding their property tax or insurance policy/liliTrack and log legal documents related to mortgage processing/liliPrepare and image documents for record retention/liliProvide requested payoffs to members, loan officers, and other lenders/liliReview account information with members and requests corrections as necessary/liliProcess legal documents when mortgage is paid in full/liliPerform other duties as assigned/liliThe selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and confidentiality of all account and related information which is part of their work and for ensuring that his/her work is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act./li/ulh3Minimum Qualifications/h3ulliHigh school diploma or GED/liliPrevious customer/member service experience/li/ulh3Preferred Qualifications/h3ulliCollege degree in relevant field or equivalent relevant industry experience/liliPrevious experience handling mortgages/liliPrevious banking or Credit Union experience/liliExperience with Episys/li/ulh3Knowledge, Skills Abilities/h3ulliSkilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) gained through either work experience with the software or education and hands-on use of the software/liliAbility to perform in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks and function as an integral part of a team/liliSkilled in above average interpersonal and communication skills and professional telephone manners/liliAbility to effectively communicate with all levels both verbally and written/liliAbility to speak, read, and write Spanish is a plus/liliAbility to work well under deadlines and high-volume pressure/liliAbility to work in a diverse work environment/liliAbility to quickly learn and adapt well to change/liliAbility to self-motivate with strong organization skills and capacity for attention to detail/liliAbility to maintain satisfactory performance and attendance/liliAbility to pass applicable American Airlines and Credit Union pre-hire compliance checks/li/ul/div
