Patient Access & Scheduling Specialist

UPMC Bedford Orthopedics is seeking a Fulltime Patient Access Representative to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The role focuses on verifying patient appointments, physician, and insurance information, and updating patient status. You will collect copays, balance daily receipts, register new and established patients, answer phones, assist with Welcome Kiosks, and route calls as needed while following department workflows.
