Tax Intern - Transaction Advisory (Fall 2026)

Internship Overview This internship provides hands‑on experience in public accounting. You will perform the role of a first‑year associate accountant, working on real deals and Partner interactions. The internship runs from August 21, 2026 to December 2026, aligned with KSM’s fall internship window. Part‑time options will be considered at a minimum of 20 hours per week. The position is based in Indianapolis, IN, but remote candidates will be considered. Responsibilities Assist with tax due diligence and M&A advisory engagements. Support client projects by analyzing tax documents. Assist with report drafting. Perform technical research. Qualifications Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Law, Finance, Pre‑Law, or Statistics. Minimum of junior year class standing. Strong academic performance and interest in tax. Prior tax or finance internship preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills.
