Chase-Professionals is seeking a supervisor with a production/assembly background to coordinate shift-based production staff within their valve assembly and various production departments. You will lead quality improvement activities and ensure standards are met while supporting team members with performance management. This innovative role requires a passion for quality and the ability to effectively train staff using TWI methodology.
