Pilgrim Manor  is seeking a  Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN ) for our facility in  Plymouth, IN.

The primary purpose is the LPN is to administer nursing care in a nursing home environment, under the supervision of a registered nurse or other medical supervisors. 

Pay range: $30-$35 ($2.50 shift diff, $3/hr weekend premium).

Available Shifts:   

• FT / PT : Day shift 

• FT/PT Evenings 

Qualifications :

• Licensed Practical Nurse in this state

• Must be 18 years and older

Responsibilities:

• Administer nursing care in a nursing home environment under the supervision of a registered nurse or other medical supervisors.

• Provide basic medical care, including changing bandages, administering prescribed medication, and collecting specimens
