Shuttle Driver - Swing Shift & Graveyard Shift

Location: South San Francisco / SFO Area
Schedule: Full-Time | Swing Shift & Graveyard Shift Available

We are seeking dependable, safety-focused Full-Time Shuttle Drivers to transport customers to and from San Francisco International Airport (SFO). Successful candidates will provide exceptional customer service while ensuring safe, timely, and efficient transportation.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport customers to and from SFO terminals.
• Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage as needed.
• Maintain scheduled shuttle service and help ensure consistent service intervals.
• Communicate regularly with dispatch regarding route status, location, delays, and service needs.
• Provide outstanding customer service and respond professionally to customer questions and concerns.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of SFO terminals, airport operations, local streets, landmarks, and freeways.
• Report accidents, vehicle issues, safety concerns, passenger incidents, or policy violations to management immediately.
• Cover open shifts and assist with operational needs when required.
• Arrive on time, ready to work, and in complete uniform.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and operating guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications Required

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous shuttle, passenger transportation, or commercial driving experience preferred.
• Valid California Class B Driver License with Passenger Endorsement.
• Clean driving record and ability to meet company insurance requirements.
• Ability to work swing shifts, graveyard shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
