• Duration: Contract (temp-to-perm potential)
• Shift: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Hours/week: 36 hours/week (full-time)

• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA) required; TX or compact RN license
• Experience: 1+ year of ICU experience preferred; Pediatric cardiac experience required (chest tubes, pacing wires, ventilators, vasoactive infusions)

• Hourly Rate: $60.30

What You'll Do:

• Provide specialized nursing care to pediatric cardiac ICU patients during night shifts
• Administer medications, monitor vasoactive infusions, ventilators, chest tubes, pacing wires
• Perform assessments, document patient history and progress
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement care plans
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and emotional support for families
• Follow protocols for complex pediatric cardiac care
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and standards

What You Need:

• Current RN license in Texas or compact license
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (AHA) required
• Pediatric cardiac ICU experience with chest tubes, pacing wires, ventilators, vasoactive infusions
• At least 1 year of ICU experience preferred; new grads considered for critical care backgrounds
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
