Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview Pay range: $45–$52 per hour (negotiable based on experience). Sign‑on or relocation bonus: up to $10,000 for full‑time and $5,000 for part‑time positions. Position Dental Hygienist – responsible for delivering direct dental care and supporting the dental team. Key patient demographic: children (70%+ of our patient base). Medical, Dental, Vision coverage 401(k) with company match Flexible Spending Accounts Paid time off and company holidays Continuing education reimbursement up to $250 per year after one year of employment Company‑provided certification training (CPR, Radiology, Nitrous Oxide, etc.) with reimbursement for related expenses Responsibilities Deliver quality and compassionate care to every patient Perform scaling and prophylaxis, take x‑rays, apply sealants and fluoride under dentist supervision Provide excellent customer service and opportunities for Same Day Care Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction Assess dental condition and review medical history Adhere to all government regulations and company standards Guide parents and patients through the entire treatment process Assist with dental and periodontal charting when necessary Take x‑rays and save them into patient charts when necessary Provide memorable patient experiences with compassion Qualifications & Requirements Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing CPR (BLS) certification from ARC or AHA, including hands‑on skill assessment (required upon hire) EEO Statement We value teamwork, mutual respect, and cooperation.
