$2227.68/week - Job Summary: Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through comprehensive assessments and interventions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities: Monitor and assess the condition of critically ill patients, utilizing advanced clinical skills. Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians. Document patient progress, responses to treatment, and vital signs accurately. Educate patients and their families on care plans and postoperative procedures. Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans. Qualifications: Valid and current registered nurse license. Proven experience in ICU or critical care nursing. Strong knowledge of ICU equipment, technology, and clinical protocols. Excellent assessment and decision-making skills under pressure.
