Documentation & Training Coordinator

Abbott seeks a Documentation & Training Coordinator for the Neuromodulation Division in Plano, Texas. This role manages document control and training administration using specialized software systems, supporting multiple departments in compliance with FDA regulations and company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up training audiences, certifications, courses, and track in-class and online training delivery
• Review and process change orders to ensure documents and parts are created accurately per SOPs
• Develop, run, and distribute training reports for management and audit purposes
• Input training content into LMS using established organizational structure and naming conventions
• Administer parts within SAP system in conjunction with document management platform

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education and experience
• 6+ months experience with Learning Management Systems and Document Management Systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, database software, Adobe, SharePoint, or related applications
• Knowledge of change control administration and document/parts creation processes
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under general supervision
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
