Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Junior Digital Art Director to join our Award-Winning Creative Team.
Sajo//McCann is one of the top 5 most awarded creative agencies in Puerto Rico and an affiliate of McCann Worldgroup.
As a Junior Digital Art Director, you will help create the visual design and creative direction of our projects. You will collaborate with our senior creative staff to create visually stunning and impactful designs.
Responsibilities:
- Bring ideas to the creative process from concept to completion
- Develop and execute innovative design concepts for various projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment
- Create compelling visual designs that effectively communicate our brand message
- Utilize typography, color theory, layout design, and other design principles to create visually appealing designs
- Create sketches, storyboards, and mock-ups to present design ideas
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and art direction
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and objectives for each project
Requirements:
- Minimum two years experience
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- Proven experience as a Junior Digital Art Director or in a similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing your creative work in typography, visual design, layout design, etc.
- Proficient in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Knowledge of video editing software is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
