Role Overview The General Manager 3 – Food serves as the senior on‑site leader responsible for all foodservice operations within a complex, multi‑unit Sodexo account. This role ensures exceptional service delivery, operational excellence, financial performance, and a strong client partnership while leading a diverse team in a structured, fast‑paced environment. What You'll Do Lead all on‑site foodservice operations, ensuring high‑quality service and strong client satisfaction. Manage and develop a team of managers and frontline staff to drive performance and engagement. Oversee financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, labor planning, and cost control. Ensure compliance with Sodexo standards, food safety protocols, and regulatory requirements. Drive culinary excellence, menu innovation, and a positive guest experience across all service areas. Build strong client partnerships and lead planning for special events and key initiatives. What You Bring Proven experience leading high‑volume or multi‑unit foodservice operations with strong results. Strong financial acumen, including P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
