Salary Range : $98,000- $130,000
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Bonuses : $5,000 Sign-on bonus, Production Bonuses, Profit Sharing
SPT Factoria is a growing sports and orthopedic physical therapy clinic serving active adults and athletes in an open-gym, movement-focused environment. We combine efficient systems with objective testing, progressive rehab, and hands-on care to deliver high-quality treatment in a collaborative, team-based setting.

Job DescriptionSPT - Factoria seeking a Clinic Director who will play a pivotal role in shaping clinical operations, mentoring staff, and elevating the patient experience. At Sports Physical Therapy, you’ll join a collaborative, high‑energy team dedicated to exceptional care and continuous professional growth.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with a deep passion for rehabilitation and a genuine love for sports. Strong communication skills, adaptability, and innovative thinking are essential as you guide your team and help drive excellence in an evolving field. Qualifications- Licensed Physical Therapist in Washington State
- Management and marketing experience preferred
- Interest in sports rehab, orthopedics, and active populations
- Strong communication and time-management skills
