Job Summary and Qualifications Performs quality Ultrasound procedures, follows physician’s orders, practices quality patient care, exercises excellent customer service, participates in call/holiday coverage, maintains competencies and current knowledge of procedures, participates in equipment Q.C., completes all records and documentation, practices radiation safety, and is involved in department initiatives. Prefer at least 1 year experience. Must be registered/eligible by R.D.M.S. in at least one of the following: Abdomen, Ob/Gyn. Additionally, the associate must be registered/eligible by R.D.M.S (RVT) or (RVS) by C.C.I. (ARRT-VS) Vascular Sonography, or (RVT) Registered Vascular Technician, or (RVS) Registered Vascular Specialist, or Vocational School Graduate, or Associate Degree, or Bachelors Degree must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date. Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date. (RDMS) Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer. No Travel Required.
