Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Implementation Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Implementation Consultant to support a major HR transformation program. This role will partner with HR, Technology, and implementation teams to design, configure, test, and deploy Oracle Fusion HCM solutions that improve HR operations and employee experience. Key Responsibilities Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion HCM functional solutions. Support the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Time & Labor, Absence, Learning, and Reporting. Validate configurations, support data migration activities, and ensure alignment with target operating models and business objectives. Develop reports and analytics using Oracle tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, FDI). Deliver user training, documentation, and post-implementation support. Identify opportunities to leverage AI and process improvements within HR operations. Qualifications Proven experience implementing Oracle Fusion HCM in a functional consulting role. Strong knowledge of HR processes, Oracle security, workflows, and reporting. Experience working with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Oracle HCM certifications and large-scale transformation experience are preferred. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
