Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation

Location: Pasco, WA

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with weekend shifts required (Every Other Weekend).

Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Rehabilitation team. The RN will provide high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patients, focusing on rehabilitation for various conditions including orthopedic, neurological, cardiovascular, and stroke recovery.

Responsibilities:

Deliver patient-centered care for rehabilitation patients.
Monitor and assess patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient recovery goals.
Maintain accurate documentation and update patient records as required.
Provide education and counseling to patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
ACLS certifications preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of acute care nursing experience is required.
Rehabilitation experience preferred, including knowledge of GG scoring documentation.
