Pride Health is hiring a Lab Clerk to support our client's healthcare facility in Lake Success NY 11042. Job Details: Schedule: 10am to 6pm Monday – Friday some Saturdays. Location: Lake Success NY 11042. Job Type: Contract Contract Length: 20 weeks Pay Range: $21.00 to $22.00/hour on W2* *Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.

Duties:

• Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally.
• Provide accurate information and support services.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions.
• Handle blood and urine specimens directly.
• Perform aliquoting of specimens following established procedures.

Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Years of experience: 6 Months
• Skills/Specialties/Technology: Healthcare Customer Service, Customer Support, and Patient Complaint Resolution
