Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and logistics industry, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting various logistical functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Ontario, CA

Pay Range: $18

Shift: First Shift 6am-2:30pm

What's the Job?

• Perform a variety of warehouse tasks including shipping, receiving, and sorting
• Assist in box making, order picking, and packing
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and sit-down forklifts safely
• Participate in general maintenance and housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and safe environment
• Support value-added services like kitting, labeling, and line building

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well in a busy, noisy environment and follow safety protocols
• Previous experience in manufacturing, transportation, or warehousing is a plus but not required
