Company Driver | Refrigerated Location: Springfield, MA Company: Schneider Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position Dedicated truck driver - Dollar General Average pay: $1,500-$1,650 weekly Home time: Weekly Experience: All CDL holders Overview Hauling retail goods on liftgate trailers. 50% hand unload freight using rolltainers. 50% drop-and-hook freight. Regularly perform slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs. 4 loads per week with 3 stop-offs per load. Drive within the Northeast. Pay and bonus potential Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving. Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first 90 days at Schneider. Weekly performance pay. $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers. $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers. Paid orientation. Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year. Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
