Job Summary Brockton Home Health Care is looking for adetail-oriented and EVV Compliance Specialist to help maintain high standardsin home care services. This key role ensures our road staffs and operationsremain compliant with state of Massachusetts regulations and company policies. The EVV Compliance Specialist will make sure every road staffs willlogin into Axxess to complete ElectronicVisit Verification (EVV) by clock-in and out according to their work scheduled.

KeyResponsibility:
• Functions as primary support for daily EVV monitoring
• Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to agencypolicies and state regulations with EVV
• Identify gaps and re-educate road staffs as needed
• Assist with Electronic Visit Verification (EVV)
• Communicate with staffs and clients as needed
• Maintain organized compliance records and reports

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate has previous experience working in a customer service or administrative role.
• Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
• Excellent telephone skills
• Highly professional and dependable
• Proficient computer and Internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
• Previous customer service or administrative experience required; health care and/or home care experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• Preferred Associate degree
