Seven Grams Caff is hiring for a Lead Pastry Cook Position in SoHo, New York City. Base pay starts at $18/hr.

Job description
We are looking for an Lead Pastry Chef. - Production: Pastry production- past experience with high volume production of Loaf cakes, high volume of soft butter cookies, vegan pastries, brownies, and other pastries. - Packing: Kitchen is also in charge of our online shipping - Reporting: Communicate effectively to direct report, attend any meetings and trainings required. - Safety: Comply with all NYC food safety regulations, Follow CDC and company guidelines COVID-19, hygiene and sanitation
Qualifications
- Pastry degree or extensive courses from ICE, Johnson and Wells or equivalent
- Two years or more experience in a similar product range menu and work set up
