Cleared Tech Recruiter (TS/SCI) | 4-Day Week

Tensley Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Mid Level Technical Recruiter with experience recruiting in the cleared GovCon and Intelligence Community space, including TS/SCI with polygraph candidates and commercial roles. You will handle full lifecycle recruiting, support proposal recruiting, and use an ATS to manage candidate pipelines in a 4‑day/week in‑office role in Maryland.
