Deliversnursing care to patients/residents requiring long-term or rehabilitativecare. Collects patient/resident data, makes observations, and reports pertinentinformation related to the care of the patient/resident. Accordingto state-specific regulations, implements the patient/resident plan ofcare and evaluates the patient/resident response. Inaccordance with state-specific regulations, directs and supervises caregiven by other nursing personnel in selected situations. Maintainsknowledge of necessary documentation requirements. Maintainsknowledge of equipment set-up, maintenance and use, i.e., monitors,infusion devices, drain devices, etc. Maintainsconfidentiality and patient/resident rights, regarding allpatient/resident/ personnel information. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) licensed by the State CPR Certification required Two Years prior nursing experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
