Leasing Professional – HUD Senior Living Community (Part-Time)
Carmichael, CA 95608
Schedule- Monday–Friday
- 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Leasing Professional to join our HUD-regulated Senior Living Community in Carmichael, CA. This role is ideal for a candidate who has a strong background in affordable housing compliance and is passionate about serving seniors.
Key Responsibilities- Manage leasing activities in a HUD senior housing community
- Process applications, certifications, and recertifications in compliance with HUD and Tax Credit regulations
- Maintain accurate resident files and ensure compliance with all program requirements
- Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents
- Assist with occupancy goals and community retention
- Required: Proven experience working at a HUD and/or Tax Credit (LIHTC) property
- Strong knowledge of affordable housing compliance regulations
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience working with senior communities is a plus
- Weekly pay
